A reoccurring problem that we are hearing about is a lack of transparency. Problem areas seem to be, no access to the Register of Members – this is essential for sharing of information and also a chairpersons responsibility under the Act, BC managers not following through on commitments and promises or at the other end of the spectrum BC managers acting without appropriate consent.
